Mr. Piya Prayong, CEO of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, stated that the company achieved sales of 6.584 billion baht in the third quarter, an 88% increase from the previous quarter's sales of 3.507 billion baht. The company reported revenue of 6.353 billion baht and a net profit of 603 million baht, growing 3% and 9.4% respectively from the previous quarter.

This rapid recovery from the impacts of COVID-19 in the second quarter was due to the company's business plan adjustments to align with the situation, focusing on remarketing the Hero Project, which has shown high potential and received positive feedback. Consequently, sales and revenue from the Hero Project accounted for 19% and 23% of the total in Q3, respectively. Additionally, the company managed to reduce its stock inventory by 31% compared to 2019.

"In the fourth quarter, the company plans to launch two highlight Hero Projects: The Plant Rangsit-Avenue, valued at 985 million baht with prices ranging from 3 to 5 million baht, and Pruksa Ville Srinakarin-Bangna, valued at 1.101 billion baht with starting prices of 2 to 3 million baht. This will bring the total new projects launched in 2020 to 13, valued at 15.706 billion baht."

For the 2021 plan, the company aims to launch approximately 30-35 new projects worth over 35 billion baht, primarily consisting of horizontal projects and around 5-7 condominium projects, focusing on increasing sales and revenue from the middle to upper customer segments, which have been less affected.

About 20 of the projects set to launch in 2021 were postponed from 2020, and the plan for new project launches next year will be more spread out starting from the first to the second quarter.

With a clearly changed business strategy, the company is shifting towards a Thinking Company approach, focusing less on launching numerous new projects as in the past and more on launching Hero Projects. This includes conducting research and gathering customer data to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, enabling the creation of products and marketing strategies that align with those needs, while collaborating with contractors on design and construction to reduce management costs.

"Additionally, the company places importance on customers affected by the crisis, such as those with incomes below 20,000-30,000 baht, SMEs, and aviation professionals, particularly regarding loan applications. The company will assist from the loan application process, selecting banks for special customer groups. Currently, the company is studying ways to enhance support policies, such as price reductions, to enable customers to apply for loans and reduce installment payments."

Dr. Kritthawit Lertuthakool, CEO of Wimut Hospital, discussed the progress of Wimut Hospital, stating that construction is proceeding as planned. The facility will be a 236-bed Tertiary Care hospital, 18 stories high, designed to meet international JCI standards, with the organization's vision focused on ensuring that Thai people have good health and receive efficient healthcare services at accessible costs. The hospital is expected to open in May 2021, initially accepting around 100 patients, with plans to be fully operational within two years.
