Grand Trinity has launched the One Atelier Private Residence project on Phaholyothin, featuring only 13 exclusive units starting at 17.9 million baht. The VVIP event will take place on November 7 at the Major Ratchayothin sales office.
The One Atelier Private Residence project is under the One Atelier brand, following two previous projects located in Sukhumvit and Satriwithaya. This latest project emphasizes a modern classic style, offering functional living spaces with increased privacy through its uniquely designed architecture. The name "One Atelier" signifies a showcase of distinctive architectural work.

Each unit features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious underground parking area for 3-5 cars, along with a swimming pool and an elevator within the house. The usable area ranges from 346 to 600 square meters on land sizes of 23.1 to 48.6 square wah. The target customers are young, successful individuals who are starting families and have modern lifestyles. They seek a home that offers more than just a place to live, providing a space for relaxation after work in the city.
The company aims for short-term business growth, developing at least 1-3 residential projects annually, with a target growth rate of no less than 20% per year and annual revenue and sales targets of at least 500 million baht.
