SC Asset reveals Q4 plans with a new series of 4 projects worth 5.9 billion baht.

Additionally, showcasing the central area concept of Design Thinking at Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Onnut.

Mr. Nattakit Sirirat Head of Marketing at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited announced that, “In Q4, the company will launch a new series of 4 projects worth 5.9 billion baht to meet the demand for high-quality homes that SC has a strong presence in the eastern and western zones of Bangkok.”

On October 17-18, the first two projects will be available for booking:

  1. Grand Bangkok Boulevard East Rama 9, located on the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, covering an area of 24-1-52.2 rai, project value of 1.4 billion baht, featuring 48 three-story single houses starting at 25 million baht.
  2. The Gentry Pattanakarn, covering an area of 12-0-65.8 rai, project value of 1.4 billion baht, featuring 34 modern-style three-story single houses starting at 29.9 million baht.
  3. Headquarters Vibhavadi, project value of 100 million baht, modern luxury home office starting at 15.99 million baht, available for booking on October 24-25.
  4. Bangkok Boulevard Westgate, covering an area of 48-3-63.6 rai, project value of 1.6 billion baht, featuring 168 two-story modern houses starting at 7.99-20 million baht, available for booking on November 7-8.

Mr. Nattakit further stated, “SC continuously develops products. We have homes at every price level, supported by two development teams: one for current projects and one for future projects. This allows SC homes to have a new design, 'One design One project,' at all times. Over the past six months, SC has been a leader in the market for homes priced over 10 million baht, holding a market share of 28%.”

Previously launched projects that received positive responses include Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Onnut, covering over 24 rai, with a project value of 1.4 billion baht, located on Sukaphiban 2 Road, in a prime location connecting to the ring road, equipped with various amenities including educational institutions such as near the Airport Link at Thap Chang, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Charter International School, Raffles International College, and Robinson Lat Krabang, with only 51 units priced between 25-40 million baht.

Additionally, there are two projects launched in Q3, namely Venue Flow Tiwanon-Rangsit and Work Sai Mai-Phaholyothin, which have also received positive responses, with total sales of approximately 500 million baht.

Mr. Niphon Lakkhanadit, Head of Project Development Group for Horizontal Projects summarized the highlights of the Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Onnut project, stating that the concept is inspired by the Modern Classic style from the architecture of Berlin, Germany, making the project beautiful and uniquely distinctive. The design of the central area is based on the Design Thinking concept from IDEO Tokyo, a global design consultancy, blending and co-creating Design Solutions from Human-Centered Design for SC Asset to ensure members have a good morning every day, with a pilot project in the central area of Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangna-Onnut, perfectly proportioned and addressing the New Normal lifestyle in CO-WORKING SPACE, MEETING ROOM, and LIBRARY, even the fitness area is designed for privacy. All of these are organized within the clubhouse, which connects to a standard-sized swimming pool of 8*22 meters and a separate pool for young children, along with a large public park. The after-sales service is managed by a Community Management team from SC Able, a subsidiary of SC Asset  to ensure continuous project management.

A key selling point is the 'new series' homes, featuring new designs both inside and out, enhancing charm and elegance with spiral staircases leading to the upper floor. For security, there is a high standard 24-hour system with CCTV throughout the project, controlled access via an Easy pass system, and built-in home security systems with Magnetic and Shock Sensors, along with the operation system “RueJai OS” that makes homes smarter, creating a Smart Home environment. Various devices within the home, whether electrical appliances, light bulbs, or CCTV, which were previously controlled by various apps, will now be integrated into the RueJai OS software system designed by SC, accessible through a Home Hub installed within the home and can also be controlled via smartphone.
