- Who is eligible to participate in the "Hiring New Graduates" program?
1. For New Graduates
- Must be Thai nationals
- Age not exceeding 25 years, or if over 25, must have graduated in 2019-2020
- Payments will be made through Krung Thai Bank accounts
- Covers four educational qualifications: High School, Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, and Bachelor's Degree
2. For Employers/Entrepreneurs
- Must be registered in the social security system
- Must not have terminated more than 15% of employees within one year (if an employee resigns during the project, the employer can replace them)
- What are the conditions of the "Hiring New Graduates" program?
The "Hiring New Graduates" program operates under the model of "Government Co-Payment, Private Sector Co-Payment", where both parties share the cost. The government will directly deposit funds into the Krung Thai Bank account of the new graduates who secure jobs under this program, as specified during registration. The project duration is set for one year, from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021, with the following details:
- High School Graduates: Base salary of 8,690 Baht, with the government paying 4,335 Baht and the private sector paying 4,335 Baht.
- Vocational Certificate Graduates: Base salary of 9,400 Baht, with the government paying 4,700 Baht and the private sector paying 4,700 Baht.
- Higher Vocational Certificate Graduates: Base salary of 11,500 Baht, with the government paying 5,750 Baht and the private sector paying 5,750 Baht.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduates: Base salary of 15,000 Baht, with the government paying 7,500 Baht and the private sector paying 7,500 Baht.
- Steps to register for "Hiring New Graduates"
1. Visit the website www.hiringnewgraduates.com, click on the login for new graduates, and click the registration button. The screen will display the terms, conditions, and consent. If you understand and agree, click to accept the terms.
Then fill in the relevant information, including your ID number, set a password, name, personal information, educational qualifications, and address. Once completed, click the confirm registration button.
After that, return to the login for new graduates as before, but this time enter your ID number and the password you set during registration to log in. Then fill in additional information and upload supporting documents, such as your educational certificate and a photo of yourself, along with your Krung Thai Bank account number to receive government subsidies if employed.
Next, select the job positions you are applying for, specifying the position and the minimum salary you desire. You can add multiple job positions.
Additionally, within the system, you can select the locations where you wish to work by specifying provinces, and you can add multiple locations as well.
2. Wait for employers to contact you, which you can check under the job application status.
3. Accept the job offer by clicking the button to accept the employer you wish to work with.
4. Wait for the employer to prepare the agreement to participate in the project, which you can check under the job application status.
5. Sign the agreement to participate in the project by clicking the button to confirm your participation.
6. Finalize employment. Once approved by the Department of Employment, if you have not yet entered your Krung Thai Bank account number in the system, you must open a Krung Thai Bank account within 15 days after receiving approval and add the account number to the system.
