Park Luxury unveils its high-end condo brand "KnightsBridge" worth 31 billion Baht, showcasing the success of 4 sub-brands after establishing a strong DNA that creates superior living experiences, along with outstanding ownership transfer figures to Origin Property Group, revealing the newly completed project "KnightsBridge Prime On Nut" valued at 2.6 billion Baht, addressing the "ultimate" concept and the transition to the "New Japanese Area" of On Nut, responding to the trend of Japanese residents moving to the area with a special promotion starting at 3.18 million Baht. The project is set for a pre-sale in collaboration with South Korea for "KnightsBridge Space Rama 4" valued at 2.3 billion Baht this October.

Mr. Siripong Srisawangwong, CEO of Park Luxury Co., Ltd., the developer of luxury condominiums under Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), revealed that since Origin Property entered the high-end condo market nearly 5 years ago, the company has received continuous positive feedback from consumers, especially for the KnightsBridge Prime Sathorn project, which is considered a flagship project in this segment. As of the second quarter of 2020, the company has developed a total of 16 projects under the KnightsBridge brand, with a total project value of 31 billion Baht through 4 sub-brands: 1. KnightsBridge, 2. KnightsBridge Prime, 3. KnightsBridge Space, and 4. KnightsBridge Collage.
The DNA of the KnightsBridge brand is to develop high-end projects that meet the superior lifestyle needs of the HIGH-END group. We carefully select locations that cater to all forms of transportation, develop amenities within the projects, and focus on modern living that pays attention to every detail from construction to design functions to ensure that the living spaces and the projects can truly meet every lifestyle at a price range of 150,000-200,000 Baht per square meter,” said Mr. Siripong.
In addition to the aforementioned highlights, each sub-brand also has its own unique features. Starting with KnightsBridge Prime, it addresses the ultimate in various aspects, from location (Prime Area), design (Prime Design), to amenities (Prime Facility). KnightsBridge Space emphasizes spaciousness, with most residential units featuring Duo Space designs with ceilings up to 4.2 meters high. KnightsBridge Collage focuses on the design of common areas in an English style. The DNA and strength of each brand are crucial in driving the KnightsBridge brand to achieve outstanding ownership transfer figures back to the Origin Property Group in the first half of this year.
Mr. Siripong further stated that in the second half of 2020, the KnightsBridge brand will continue its business operations with both newly completed projects and new project launches. In the second half, there will be 5 new completed projects, including:
KnightsBridge Prime On Nut, valued at 2.6 billion Baht; KnightsBridge Collage Sukhumvit 107, valued at 1.08 billion Baht, scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2020; KnightsBridge Space Ratchayothin, valued at 2.7 billion Baht; KnightsBridge Kaset Society, valued at 1.3 billion Baht; and KnightsBridge Space Rama 9, valued at 2.3 billion Baht, which will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The KnightsBridge Prime On Nut project is a 47-story building, the tallest in the On Nut area, situated on over 2 rai of land in Sukhumvit 77, adjacent to Big C On Nut. Developed with the concept of "Only the Ultimate Matters," it stands out in a Prime Area just 600 meters from BTS On Nut and close to two electric train lines: the Green Line (Sukhumvit) connecting to the CBD of Bangkok and the Yellow Line (Lat Phrao-Samrong). It emphasizes Prime Design with a black-gold color scheme that exudes luxury, featuring premium materials. Each unit has a floor-to-ceiling height of 3 meters, providing a spacious and comfortable living experience, complemented by Prime Facilities that offer comprehensive amenities such as Auto Parking with a capacity of 65%, EV Chargers for electric vehicles, three floors of common areas with over 1 rai of green space, Executive Meeting Rooms, Private Meeting Rooms, Sky Co-Working Spaces for modern workers, separate Steam Rooms for men and women, a swimming pool with a Pool Bar and Pool Bed, and a Fitness area of over 100 square meters in a Double Space format, etc.
The On Nut area is set to become a new hub for Japanese residents or the New Japanese Area, as many Japanese individuals and companies in Thailand are seeking new living locations with prices that have adjusted down from Phrom Phong and Thonglor, yet still offer amenities and lifestyle options that cater to the needs of the Japanese community. The On Nut location is currently attracting significant interest from Japanese residents,” Mr. Siripong stated.
The KnightsBridge Prime On Nut project will hold a special promotion on September 19-20, starting at just 3.18 million Baht. Interested parties can inquire for more details at https://bit.ly/3mEJg0W or call 020 300 000.
