RISLAND Thailand, a real estate development group, has announced the launch of the Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 Photo & Video Contest 2020 by RISLAND under the concept Once in a Lifetime: 'Sky's the Limit'. This is the most open contest of the year, with a total prize pool of up to 1 million baht. Participants can submit their works from today until September 30, 2020.


Mr. Kasemsak Suntharothok, Director of Sales and Marketing at RISLAND (Thailand), stated that the Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 Photo & Video Contest 2020 by RISLAND, under the concept Once in a Lifetime: 'Sky's the Limit', provides an opportunity for everyone to express the beauty and ideas of modern metropolitan living without focusing solely on real estate business themes. We believe that creative thinking is like the vast sky, and everyone has a different perspective on its expansiveness. This contest invites participants to share their views through photos and short films or video clips, reflecting the limitless concept of the sky.



“We believe this photo and short film contest opens up opportunities for everyone without limitations on perspectives, age, or qualifications. Participants can convey their views on the contest while showcasing the beauty of modern urban life in their unique style. Besides the special openness and high prize value, the judging will also be based entirely on public voting,” he added.

Mr. Duangrit Bunnag, founder of Duangrit Bunnag Co., Ltd., a renowned architect and designer in Thailand, further elaborated on the design of the Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 project, which is a crucial aspect of the contest entries. The project “Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64” is designed to align with the modern minimal concept, featuring simplicity and various styles of living, along with practical usability in a beautiful landscape and a large green oasis, accommodating the evolving lifestyles of urban dwellers for both work and relaxation.



“Since this project is designed to cater to all lifestyles of living, it allows participants in this contest to choose diverse perspectives or concepts in expressing their works, truly opening up the competition,” Mr. Duangrit concluded.



The Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 Photo & Video Contest 2020 by RISLAND, under the concept 'Once in a Lifetime: Sky's the Limit', does not restrict the qualifications of participants. Interested individuals must capture photos or videos from the designated location (the sales office of the Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 project) and can submit photos in .jpg format, not exceeding 2.5MB, or videos in .mp4 format, not exceeding 1 minute and 2.5MB, through the specified channels by September 30, 2020. Public voting for favorite works will be open from August 24, 2020, to September 30, 2020, at https://1millionchallenge.skyrise-sukhumvit64.com.

The winner of the photo category will receive a cash prize of 500,000 baht (five hundred thousand baht), while the winner of the short film or video clip category will also receive a cash prize of 500,000 baht (five hundred thousand baht).
