ESTAR Launches 'Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39'

ESTAR is moving forward without delay, seizing the prime location in Phrom Phong to launch the luxury condominium 'Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39' valued at 1.3 billion baht, along with the campaign QUINTARA 1 DAY 1 DEAL at a single price starting from 2.99 million baht on August 8, with bookings starting at just 888 baht.

Dr. Torsak Lertsrisakulrat, Managing Director of Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has recently launched the project 'Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39', which is the second condominium project of the year 2020. The Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39 project is an 8-story low-rise condominium consisting of 2 buildings with a total of 323 units, valued at 1.3 billion baht on over 2 rai of land, located in Soi Phrom Phong or Sukhumvit 39. The units are available in 1-bedroom layouts ranging from 30-38 sq.m. and 2-bedroom layouts ranging from 58-64 sq.m., with prices starting at 2.99 million baht. The average selling price of the project is around 100,000 baht/sq.m., which is considered the most affordable in this popular area for both Thais and foreigners.

“Phrom Phong is considered an inner city location in the Sukhumvit area, known for its high-quality residential environment favored by old families or aristocrats, filled with large houses and trees, providing a good, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. As land becomes increasingly scarce, it is worthwhile for both personal residence and investment for rental,” Dr. Torsak stated.

The Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39 project is located in Soi Prachanakdee, easily accessible by the BTS Phrom Phong station and by car, with multiple routes available through Asoke, Sukhumvit, Thonglor, and Phetchaburi. It is surrounded by leading amenities such as EmQuartier, The Emporium, a national shopping destination in Phrom Phong, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and chill-out spots. Additionally, it is surrounded by many renowned educational institutions and hospitals, including Srinakharinwirot University, Watthanawit School, Ekamai International School, Samitivej Hospital, and Bangkok Hospital, among others.

The architecture of the project is designed to incorporate the characteristics of traditional Thai houses, creating a charming living environment that connects the feeling of being at home with a communal area on the 4th floor designed as a relaxation space for families, along with a beautiful garden that runs along the building, creating a stunning view that harmonizes with nature.

Moreover, the design incorporates a touchless concept in line with the new normal lifestyle to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, such as entry to the project using a Face Scan system for residents and QR Code Scan for visitors instead of exchanging cards with security personnel, and foot-operated door openings. It also enhances convenience for residents with a Smart Home Automation system, including digital door locks with fingerprint scanning and the ability to control lights, air conditioning, and appliances via a mobile application, as well as Welcome Lights that automatically turn on and off, providing comprehensive amenities to support residents' 24-hour lifestyle.

Currently, the Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39 project has opened for online pre-sales 24 hours a day, allowing customers to view sample rooms online in a 360-degree VR format (Virtual Reality) from home easily. Alternatively, if they wish to visit the actual sample room at the sales office, they can feel secure with COVID-19 prevention measures in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health standards. On August 8, the company will hold the campaign QUINTARA 1 DAY 1 DEAL at a single price starting from 2.99 million baht, with bookings starting at just 888 baht. Additionally, there are other projects such as Quintara Kinet Ratchada 12, Quintara Tree House Sukhumvit 42, and Quintara Athe Sukhumvit 52 being offered at attractive prices.

Dr. Torsak commented on the real estate market situation, stating that overall, he believes the market has passed its lowest point. Following the government's announcement to ease lockdown measures, the real estate market is expected to improve, as reflected in the sales of the Quintara Kinet Ratchada 12 and Quintara Phume Sukhumvit 39 projects, which have shown a clear improvement after the easing of restrictions. In the second quarter, the company achieved total sales across projects in Bangkok and Rayong exceeding 1.2 billion baht, nearly tripling from the first quarter. He hopes that Thailand's economy will gradually recover, as domestic tourism is starting to pick up and spending is increasing. For the second half of the year, he believes that developers will gradually launch more projects than in the first half, mostly in horizontal developments, as housing remains a crucial factor. He believes that projects in good locations and at affordable prices will still be in demand from consumers. The company has also organized promotional campaigns to help ease the financial burden on consumers,” Dr. Torsak concluded.
