"With its prime city center location, which is hard to find in new projects at the same price point, Nightsbridge Prime Sathorn has been highly successful since its pre-sale launch. Today, we have successfully closed the final sales lot and expect to complete 100% ownership transfers by July, with approximately 98% already transferred."

The Nightsbridge Prime Sathorn project is a 43-story high-rise condominium situated on a land area of 2-3-75.7 rai, featuring 726 residential units and 2 retail units. It offers 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom Plus, and 2 Bedroom units in both Monoplex and Duplex styles, with Duo Space ceilings reaching up to 4.4 meters. Construction was completed around Q4 of 2019.

Mr. Siripong further stated that with the improving situation of COVID-19, the company is confident that other projects under Park Luxury will continue to generate sales and ownership transfers, achieving 100% sales closure. Currently, several projects are nearing completion, such as Park 24 Phase 1, which is expected to close sales at 100% next month, and Nightsbridge Prime Ratchayothin and Nightsbridge Collage Ramkhamhaeng, both of which are fully constructed and have ongoing inquiries and visits from interested buyers.
