Building on the success and confidence in developing the Siri Place brand into a quality townhome under the Sansiri brand, offering a unique selling point that distinguishes it as a quality townhome in the Best in Class category at every price level, catering to the living trends of the new generation under the concept of expanding every preference into reality. Recently, Sansiri has further enhanced the distinctiveness of the Siri Place brand as a Modern Loft townhome for the new generation by launching the concept of “Siri Place Art Village” (SIRI Place Art Village) which was developed from customer insight reflecting the identity of new-generation residents full of lifestyle and individuality, resulting in outstanding artworks decorating the surroundings of the project. Originally, Siri Place Art Village (SIRI Place Art Village) was created as a wall paint project for Siri Place Westgate, Siri Place Bang Yai, Siri Place Phetkasem Sai 4 and Siri Place Ratchaphruek 346 focusing on creating Wall Paint with street art through ‘graffiti’ before evolving into painted artworks integrated into every aspect of living in the Siri Place Pracha Uthit 90 and Siri Place Ratchaphruek - Rama 5 such as project walls, entrance doors, and various signage of the project
Bringing art closer to everyday life through a perspective of art that acts as a rebellion of thought and questioning of life through paintings that reflect the identity of the residents with artists who redefine art to exist outside the confines of museums or galleries. The project “Siri Place Art Village” (SIRI Place Art Village) transforms the walls of the project, extending to home walls, entrance doors, and various signage of the project “Siri Place” in both new projects, Siri Place Pracha Uthit 90 and Siri Place Ratchaphruek - Rama 5 into a creative expression beyond traditional boundaries that narrates the identity of the people of “Siri Place” because we believe that art is a part of life” Sansiri” therefore conceived the idea of transforming the walls of the Siri Place townhome project into an inspiration for living through street art with painted works by collaborating with long-established street art artist Khun Nuer Chakkrakrit Anantakul, founder of Hello I am JK(helloiamjk.com) a graphic designer and illustrator whose works have been published in Monocle and WIRED magazine
This collaboration arose from the idea that Sansiri wanted to present the character of the residents of Siri Place through artistic design as an inspiration to reflect their identity in the style of Siri Place residents who are a group of people who love freedom, are true to themselves, want a space to create ideas and live life, yet still wish to live close to family. The artist who created this charming series of works shared that “before we started designing this work, we tried to find something that all four Siri Place projects have in common to use as the core of the design. We discovered that even though each project is located in different areas, one thing that the Siri Place community shares is their individuality and love for freedom. Thus, we took this core idea as inspiration for the design. The inspiration for the design of Siri Place Pracha Uthit 90 came from the structure in Mondrian's paintings, focusing on presenting beauty through geometric shapes, lines, and colors that reflect stories through the perspective of living and the aesthetics of life. I chose to narrate through art that simplifies expression into clear shapes like squares, rectangles, and primary colors such as yellow, blue, and red, as well as using these shapes to create imaginative representations of pets, trees, and flowers that together create a lovely and warm relationship within the community. Meanwhile, the Siri Place Rama 5 project drew inspiration from the surrounding atmosphere and the charm of the community, thus adopting a friendly Community design that uses art as a narrative and a new representation through basic shapes like circles, triangles, and squares to represent people with different personalities, traits, and Lifestyles in a creatively designed and joyful space, including using these shapes to create imaginative representations of pets, trees, and flowers that together create a lovely and warm relationship within the community” – Khun Chakkrakrit stated
The uniqueness of the project “Siri Place Art Village” (SIRI Place Art Village) not only features beautiful and fun designs that reflect the identity of the Siri Place community from the hands of renowned artists but also fulfills the completeness of living by incorporating art as a part of residence, transforming the traditional project format into one filled with creative ideas.
