For the first time in Thailand, a significant collaboration has emerged between Enrich and Master KonMari Consultants, integrating the home organization philosophy of Marie Kondo to create a refined sense of happiness for residents in the luxurious single-family home project, The MARQ Exquisite Ratchaphruek – Charansanitwong, set to launch mid-year.

The development of this luxurious single-family home project by Enrich Group, under the concept of Guiding You to Practical Living, not only emphasizes unique and beautiful home designs but also pays attention to every detail of space utilization and functionality to meet the needs of every family member. Recently, in the development plan for a new luxury single-family home project in 2020, Enrich Group collaborated with Master KonMari Consultants to incorporate the KonMari organization method into the design and space allocation for every home in The MARQ Exquisite Ratchaphruek – Charansanitwong.

Ms. Supicha Natsuwannapol, Business Administration Director of Enrich Group, stated that this collaboration aims to bring the experience and philosophy of Marie Kondo into the home design atmosphere, creating a balance of perfect happiness. The operation will be a collaborative effort through Master KonMari Consultants.

Ms. Tipsukhan Kauffa, who has undergone training in the home organization consulting course, the standard curriculum of Marie Kondo, will work with the project as a consultant, providing advice on the interior design of each room to organize functions and layouts that meet the lifestyle and needs of all residents.

The key reason Enrich decided to incorporate the KonMari concept into the design of every home in the new project is the belief that creating the best living spaces must address the real-life needs of every family member through various details, such as the utilization of each area within the home and organizing belongings into categories, which simplifies daily living. This aligns with Marie Kondo's saying, which inspired the title of her book, "A Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up".

Since then, Kondo has become a global home organization consultant and has launched the KonMari home organization course, ensuring that graduates can teach and share their knowledge with interested individuals.
