SC Asset Adapts Quickly, Shifts Marketing Strategy to Online Platforms; April Sees Highest Walk-in Sales Up 35% and Home Sales Increase by 116% (YoY)
Mr. Natthakit Sirirat, Head of Marketing at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, under its role as a Living Solutions Provider, revealed that due to its quick adaptability (Resilience), SC has immediately shifted its marketing strategy to online platforms. This includes online booking alongside the use of sales agents, leading to success in various campaigns. In April, the company recorded the highest walk-in sales (in 17 weeks) since the beginning of 2020, along with a 116% increase in sales of horizontal properties (YoY).
Additionally, the company recently completed the sale of the Bangkok Boulevard Rangsit project, covering an area of over 36 rai with 121 units valued at 1.05 billion baht. Therefore, it is confident that in Q2/2020, sales of horizontal projects will continue to grow, as the company has a total of 64 projects available for sale, valued at over 58.3 billion baht, which includes 13 new projects worth 16 billion baht and 51 ongoing projects valued at a total of 42.3 billion baht.
Although the COVID-19 situation in Thailand is improving, social distancing measures remain in place. The CEO emphasizes the importance of taking care of customers and employees, ensuring their safety. The company continues to implement the 'We Care' measures, focusing on hygiene and safety, strictly adhering to regulations to build customer confidence in scheduling visits to projects.
