Charn Issara has launched a new campaign - Stock-for-Condo, allowing investors to shift their investments from the stock market to real estate, catering to investors during times of stock market volatility, reducing risk by diversifying into real estate which still shows strong demand and increasing land value.

Mr. Songkran Issara, CEO and Managing Director of Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has initiated the "Stock-for-Condo" promotional campaign to provide opportunities for investors looking to adjust their investment portfolios to real estate after experiencing stock market fluctuations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to offer investors wishing to purchase condominiums an alternative payment option using stocks.

“Through the Stock-for-Condo campaign, investors can exchange their shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for our participating condominiums. This presents another option for investors who want to mitigate risks in their portfolios from stock market volatility by investing in real estate, which has positive trends in both demand and increasing land value,” Mr. Songkran stated.

The projects included in the Stock-for-Condo campaign consist of 4 developments located in Bangkok and other provinces, with prices starting from 2 million baht and above:

1. The vacation condominium project Ban Tiu Ta Lay Blue Sapphire - a low-rise and high-rise condominium with 4 floors in 2 buildings and 15 floors in 1 building, featuring a clubhouse located by the beach.
2. The vacation condominium project blu - a high-rise condominium with 21 floors. Both projects are part of the Tiu Ta Lay Estate Cha-am – Hua Hin mixed-use development, which includes vacation condominiums, hotels, single-family homes (Residence Villa), restaurants, and community spaces.
