Ms. Supattra Paopiemsub, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that "Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand, with a continuous rise in domestic infections, the government has announced a temporary closure of 26 types of high-risk venues from March 22 to April 12, 2020. To help reduce risks and prevent the spread of the virus, in line with the company's commitment to the health and safety of employees and customers, as well as to comply with government policies, Pruksa has announced that employees will work from home temporarily to reduce office congestion by 50%, starting from March 23, 2020, until further notice.

For contacting employees working at the headquarters, precast factory, project sites, and sales offices, communication can be done via mobile phone or email as usual. Additionally, contact can be made through the Contact Center at 1739 or via www.pruksa.com, available 24/7.

Pruksa prioritizes the health and safety of customers and employees, implementing strict monitoring and prevention measures across all areas. These measures have been consistently applied at various projects, sales offices, the headquarters, and the precast factory.

In terms of prevention measures at the sales offices, to ensure customer confidence during visits, policies have been established requiring sales staff, cleaning personnel, and security officers to wear masks at all times. Cleaning of the sales office areas, model houses, door handles, tables, chairs, and sofas will be conducted hourly, along with the use of disinfectant spray. Hand sanitizers will be provided, and masks will be available for customers, with regular cleaning of entry cards to prevent potential virus transmission.

At the headquarters, measures include screening visitors, limiting access to one entry point, providing hand sanitizers, and checking temperatures before entering the building. Regular cleaning of elevators and common areas will be increased. All employees in the Pearl building are required to wear masks, and external visitors are also requested to wear masks to prevent potential virus transmission. If any employee has a body temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius or shows symptoms of a cold, they will be required to stop working and see a doctor immediately. If suspected, they should monitor their symptoms at home for 14 days, in accordance with company policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Pruksa aims to be part of the solution in helping Thai society and expresses support for all parties dedicated to preventing and managing this situation. We hope that all Thais will unite to overcome this crisis together."
