Siam Future Development Public Company Limited has joined forces with Univenture Public Company Limited to invest over 2 billion baht in a comprehensive real estate development project.

 
New Mixed-Use project will transform the existing Thonglor Marketplace area and surrounding land of over 5 rai along Thonglor Road, near Soi 4. The project will feature a total construction area of 62,000 square meters, including a shopping center and office buildings, connected by a lush walking path for seamless access between all buildings. This new mixed-use project will be the largest on Thonglor Road, modern and comprehensive, set to become a new landmark that perfectly meets the trendy lifestyle needs of urban dwellers, with a target opening by the end of 2022.

We are collaborating with Univenture Public Company Limited, which has expertise in developing various types of real estate, to develop this new mixed-use project in the heart of Thonglor, a business and lifestyle hub with numerous residential and condominium projects. The target residents are modern individuals and families with high purchasing power, in a perfectly convenient location near the BTS Skytrain. The main challenge is to develop this high-value area to its fullest potential to attract more customers and meet the needs and lifestyles of our clientele comprehensively.

This new mixed-use project involves an investment of over 2 billion baht, developing the existing Thonglor Marketplace area and surrounding land of 5 rai, which is currently undergoing site preparation for construction. The project will include over 17,000 square meters of retail space across 5 floors, set to be a new landmark and meeting point featuring renowned restaurants, premium brand supermarkets, and leading health and beauty service providers, along with common areas for relaxation and a chic Beach Club for the younger generation to unwind and find new inspiration. Additionally, there will be over 500 parking spaces within the project, truly catering to the needs of all life stages for customers in the Thonglor and Sukhumvit areas.
