The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards celebrates its 15th anniversary, supported by Hitachi Elevator and Escalator, and introduces new award categories to reflect the development and changes in the Thai real estate market today. 

In addition to the long-standing categories of Best Developer and Best Boutique Developer, this year’s event has added new categories to honor companies with outstanding operations in various areas, including Best Sustainability Developer, Best Breakthrough Developer, Best Lifestyle Developer, Best Commercial Developer, Best Hospitality Developer, Best Industrial Developer, and Best Mixed Use Developer.

 

This year’s awards ceremony will also introduce several special recognition awards for developers who exemplify excellence in sustainability, social impact, and governance. Companies must submit details of their business activities for consideration for the awards, including Special Recognition in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Special Recognition in Sustainability Design, Special Recognition in Sustainability Construction, and Special Recognition for Community Projects. These will be selected by the Right To Play Foundation, the official charity partner of the Asia Property Awards.

Additionally, there will be two special awards including Best Transit Oriented Development to honor projects connected to Thailand's new transportation infrastructure, and the Best Smart City Block to recognize self-sufficient communities that promote smart economic and transportation systems, as well as new regional award categories to honor outstanding projects in Chiang Mai, Khao Yai, and various provinces in the South and Northeast.
