Celebrating the 1st anniversary of TMRW (Tomorrow) by UOB, the first mobile banking platform for the digital generation in ASEAN, which launched last year, it has been found that in just one year, customer engagement has grown by 4 times. Additionally, more than 2 out of 3 new customers were referred by existing customers who love TMRW.

Mr. Natthee Sriratamee, Assistant Senior Vice President of Retail Digital at UOB (Thailand) stated that TMRW operates on a unique business model to meet the needs of modern financial transactions. By analyzing transaction data in-depth, every feature of TMRW is designed for easy, convenient, and fast use. Customer feedback is also utilized to improve and develop TMRW, making it easier, more enjoyable, and safer, thus providing a better mobile banking experience that satisfies current customers and drives organic growth of new customers.

As a result of measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction in the fourth quarter of 2019, it was found that the satisfaction rate increased by 4 times because TMRW continues to innovate to enhance the customer experience, leading to an expansion of the customer base through referrals from existing customers.

TMRW has developed features such as facial recognition technology integrated into the application registration process, spending tracking that allows customers to monitor and compare their monthly expenditures, as well as simplifying payment processes and real-time credit card management. Furthermore, TMRW is preparing to partner with various businesses to offer benefits in areas such as dining, shopping, lifestyle, and entertainment to provide solutions and services tailored to the digital generation's needs.

Additionally, TMRW is set to launch a testing program to gather customer feedback from the design stage before a wider rollout. The first feature to be tested is “Real-Time Expense Tracking,” which allows customers to track their spending in real-time by category and receive alerts when they exceed their set spending limits.

Moreover, TMRW will launch a platform to connect and enhance skills for digital-age individuals aspiring to become content creators through the “Creator of TMRW” project, which will run from March to June 2020. This project aims to provide knowledge and techniques for creating content in various formats through workshops led by top national content creators such as Codie, M Khajorn, Fuanglada, Golf Was Here, and Gong The Cloud.
