This affected the company's sales, which did not meet the set targets. For 2020, Iris Group plans to launch 2 new horizontal projects worth a total of 2.2 billion baht in the Kaset, Phaholyothin, and Sukhumvit 76 areas.

         Additionally, the company aims to expedite sales of existing projects that still have stock, including horizontal projects and condos under the IRIS WESGATE brand, Bang Yai IRIS PARK, and IDEN Sukhumvit 101, targeting total sales of 1 billion baht, divided into 500 million baht from existing projects and 500 million baht from new projects.
