Dr. Torsak Lertsrisakoolrat, Managing Director of Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited (ESTAR) revealed that the company has partnered with service providers to meet the 24/7 lifestyle needs of both new and existing residents within its projects, enhancing their convenience. The service providers include:
CP All Public Company Limited for food and beverage services through vending machines, and Box 24 Limited for implementing a Smart Locker system that offers laundry delivery, parcel delivery, supermarket orders, and online shopping, as well as facilitating various payment transactions. Both services are set to be installed in the Quintara Tree House Sukhumvit 42 project, which is scheduled for delivery this year as the first project.
Additionally, the collaboration with Hop Car Limited will introduce a Car Sharing system, allowing residents to rent cars for daily or hourly use, reducing the need for personal vehicles parked in front of the project for the convenience of residents. This will initially be implemented in the Quintara Kinet Ratchada 12 project. Meanwhile, Twenty Four Fix Limited will partner with the company to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for homes or condominiums for customers in the Bangkok area, accessible via an application 24/7.
