Ms. Chomphunuch Pathomporn, Managing Director of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (LH Bank) stated that the bank is concerned about all business customers affected by the coronavirus and has introduced the following support measures:

  • Relaxation of payment terms, such as a principal payment holiday of up to 12 months and an extension of loan periods to reduce repayment burdens after the principal payment holiday ends.
  • Additional support for working capital.

The bank anticipates that these measures will help alleviate some of the difficulties faced by customers. These measures may be adjusted based on the ongoing impacts and the specific business circumstances of each customer. During this time, the bank will closely monitor and assess the effects on customers. If the situation persists, the bank will consider implementing additional support measures for customers.

This initiative aims to ease concerns and ensure that customers are prepared to continue their business operations and effectively cope with the situation. Affected bank customers can inquire for more information at the Call Center at 1327 starting today.
