Univentures Public Company Limited (UV) has revealed its business performance for the fiscal year 2019 (from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019), reporting total revenue of 20,532 million baht and a net profit attributable to the company of 1,597 million baht.

            Mr. Worawart Srisarn, the CEO of Univentures Public Company Limited, discussed the company's overall business performance for the fiscal year 2019 (from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019), stating that the company achieved total revenue of 20,532 million baht (including the business results of the Land and Houses Group for the 10-month period from October 1, 2018, to July 31, 2019). The revenue breakdown includes 15,544 million baht from residential property sales, accounting for 76% of total revenue; 1,488 million baht from rental properties and hotels, making up 7% of total revenue; 2,213 million baht from non-property-related businesses, representing 11% of total revenue; and 1,287 million baht from the sale of investments in subsidiaries, contributing 6% of total revenue, with a net profit attributable to the company of 1,597 million baht.

            “In 2019, the main revenue came from residential property sales, both horizontal and vertical, which are part of the investment and development of real estate. This includes revenue from horizontal projects of 12,132 million baht and vertical projects of 3,411.85 million baht. Additionally, the company has a total backlog of 2,600 million baht.

            The core business structure of the company, primarily consisting of real estate, is led by Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. (GRAND UNITY), a developer of condominium projects. After a significant strategic shift towards the concept of 'Simply Makes Sense,' the company launched new brands in the market last year, including CIELA, De LAPIS, Denim, and ANIL.

            Furthermore, there are commercial real estate projects that provide regular returns, including the development of office buildings, hotels, and serviced apartments, such as the Modena by Fraser Buriram hotel, which is currently experiencing continuous growth.

            Meanwhile, there are subsidiaries within the Univentures group that operate related businesses, such as Seses Property Management Co., Ltd. and Stonehenge International Public Co., Ltd., which manage legal entities and real estate. The Univentures group also engages in financial consulting, investment, and management of real estate investment trusts, creating a comprehensive strength for Univentures' real estate business.

            For 2020, the company plans to launch 7 new condominium projects with a total project value of 16,925 million baht, covering all market segments,” Mr. Worawart concluded.
