Frasers Property Thailand Develops New Largest Build-to-Suit Flagship for Lireko

             Frasers Property BFTZ Co., Ltd. <\/span><\/strong>, a subsidiary of  Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited <\/strong>or “<\/span>FPT” <\/span>, is moving forward with the development of a <\/span>Build-to-Suit <\/span>warehouse for Lireko (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/strong> a leading global provider of office solutions and equipment, operating in over <\/span>27 <\/span>countries, to support Lireko's business expansion needs, particularly in the continuously growing e-commerce market. This new flagship distribution center, the largest for Lireko in Thailand, has a rental area of over <\/span>21,000 <\/span>square meters and is strategically located in Bangplee on Bangna-Trad Road, Km <\/span>19.<\/span> This area is recognized as the closest logistics industrial hub to Bangkok, allowing Lireko to effectively reduce logistics costs and enhance supply chain management capabilities. Additionally, the building's design increases flexibility in space usage, ensuring that this new distribution center meets Lireko's business operations for the next <\/span>5-10 <\/span>years. The building can support a load of up to <\/span>3.5 <\/span>tons and accommodate over <\/span>6,800 <\/span>items.
