AWC CENTER PATTAYA is a new mega mixed-use project that includes the JW Marriott The Pattaya Beach Resort and Spa and Pattaya Marriott Marquis, along with an iconic lifestyle shopping destination in Pattaya, set to offer a luxurious experience to a global clientele, including MICE travelers and tourists, as well as corporate clients. Meanwhile, the Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town will set a new standard for upscale hotels with its distinctive style in the heart of Phuket.

The signing of this contract marks a significant milestone for Asset World Corporation, one of the largest hotel brand owners in the Marriott International network in the Asia Pacific (excluding China), with a total of 4,252 rooms across Thailand (from 9 operating hotels with a total of 3,452 rooms and 1 hotel under development with 800 rooms). This contract signing will result in the addition of three hotels (in Pattaya and Phuket with a total of 1,546 rooms), increasing the total number of rooms to 5,820 (which, when combined with all hotels in the company's network, totals 6,826 rooms).
