This year marks another significant year for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, which was honored by Mr. Jatu Mongkol Sonakul, Minister of Labor, as the guest of honor to officially open the event. Furthermore, the 14th edition announced a total of 64 awards, an increase from 52 awards last year, reflecting the strong performance of the real estate market in Thailand, including new award categories introduced this year such as Best Hotel Residence, Best Senior Living Architectural Design, Best Smart Home Development, and Special Recognition for Public Facility for the Deep Excavation and Completion, which includes the Subway Station at Sanam Chai by the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand and Aircraft Parking Building 1 at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited.
