The LYF Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok project (LYF Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok) is part of a collaboration with partner The Ascott Limited, which is the world's leading luxury serviced residence operator with numerous awards to its name. This is a joint investment with Mitsui Fudosan, a leading real estate company in Japan, aimed at strengthening the standards of superior living accommodations. The LYF brand is a new brand from Ascott, targeting the millennial customer segment, with a project value of 195 million baht. It is a serviced apartment project located on Sukhumvit Road in the heart of the city, just 80 meters from Nana BTS station. Construction has already commenced and is expected to be completed by March 2020.
