Altitude Development has announced a joint venture with Creed Group, a new partner from Japan, to enhance its business capabilities by launching the flagship project "Altitude Unicorn Sathorn-Thapra," valued at 2.4 billion baht. This collaboration will take the form of a joint venture to develop the project by establishing a joint venture company named Altitude Creed Talat Phlu Co., Ltd., with Altitude Development holding 51% and Creed Group holding 49%. The first project to be developed is "Altitude Unicorn Sathorn-Thapra," which is a highlight product designed to meet market demand and align with the city's expansion along the electric train route. The potential of the project's location is expected to intensify competition in this area.

The "Altitude Unicorn Sathorn-Thapra" project has a project value of 2.4 billion baht and is a 34-story high-rise condominium located adjacent to the BTS Talat Phlu station, with a bridge connecting directly to the station, just 0 meters away, on over 2 rai of land, comprising 711 units. The units come in four different formats: One Bedroom ranging from 23.64 to 34.56 sq.m., One Bedroom Plus ranging from 36.98 to 45.18 sq.m., and Loft One Plus One Bedroom ranging from 39.08 to 69.28 sq.m., with prices starting at just 2.19 million baht. Construction is set to begin in Q3 of 2019 and is expected to be completed by Q3 of 2021.
