Mr. Bodinthorn R. Jeangruangruangkit, CEO of Real Asset Development Co., Ltd., has signed a cooperation agreement to appoint BC (Bangkok City Smart Co., Ltd.), a comprehensive real estate investment consulting firm led by Mr. Kayan Tantisathitwat, as the representative to provide comprehensive services to clients of the condominium project LAVIQ Sukhumvit 57, covering both pre- and post-transfer of ownership services.
