Mr. Bodinthorn Jeerungreungkit, CEO of Real Asset Development Co., Ltd., announced that the company aims to achieve its goals within 4 years (2019-2022) while continuously focusing on developing quality real estate projects. The main strategy will emphasize studying consumer behavior to develop new projects, selecting suitable locations, and incorporating innovative technology into the projects. The company anticipates that by 2022, it will have transfer revenues of approximately 7,000 million baht and expects sales to reach around 4,000-5,000 million baht.



          For 2019, the company plans to develop 2 new projects, both of which will be horizontal projects with a total project value of over 2,700 million baht. These include The Zen King Kaew, a townhouse and single-detached house project developed on over 23 rai of land with 150 units valued at 800 million baht, starting at 3 million baht, and Viranya Bangna, a single-detached house project developed on over 40 rai with 150 units valued at 1,900 million baht, with an average selling price of 7 million baht. In the past, the company has developed a total of 12 projects worth over 14,000 million baht.



          The company has set a budget of approximately 3,000 million baht for land acquisition this year to support project development in 2019-2020. The company plans to purchase a plot of land on Ratchadapisek Road, approximately 4 rai, to develop a condominium project in 2020. Currently, the company has sales awaiting revenue recognition of about 3,900 million baht, with expected revenue recognition this year of approximately 2,700 million baht, divided into 1,800-1,900 million baht from condominiums and 900 million baht from horizontal projects. Nevertheless, for 2019, the company aims for sales of 2,700 million baht and transfer revenues of 2,700 million baht. 

          This year, the company remains committed to its business operations with a goal of achieving excellence in quality and efficiency within the organization, as well as setting objectives to enhance product quality and customer service, focusing primarily on customer satisfaction. Additionally, the company has expanded its collaboration with partners, recently partnering with Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited to become the main sponsor of the IMAX Quartier CineArt cinema within EmQuartier shopping center, marking the first collaboration between the company and the cinema business.
