CPanel reveals that precast concrete walls have gained popularity, with increasing demand and customer trust, positioning the company as a Top 3 leader. In 2019, the business was performing well, with an overall real estate growth forecast of 5%. Project developers and contractors are adapting by reducing costs and labor while actively pursuing new client projects, showcasing a backlog of 500 million baht and aiming for a 20-30% growth this year, targeting revenues of 318 million baht.

Mr. Chakrit Tipakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPanel Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete walls, stated that in recent years, precast concrete walls have seen increased popularity and acceptance among real estate project developers and contractors in Thailand, who are beginning to shift towards using precast concrete instead of other materials. Currently, there are many precast concrete manufacturing plants emerging to meet demand, but only a few major producers remain.

CPanel is recognized as a competitive company, producing precast concrete walls using robots with fully automatic production technology, being the only company capable of designing and producing according to customer specifications. The company manages and controls operations efficiently, and its standardized production reduces on-site issues without impacting residents. As a result, CPanel has gained the trust of numerous leading real estate developers and contractors, establishing itself as one of the top market leaders in precast concrete walls in the country, with a total market value exceeding 20 billion baht and a continuous growth trend.

“CPanel has experienced annual growth and we believe that business operations this year will also perform well. The overall real estate market is expected to grow by about 5% this year, driven by both horizontal and vertical projects, with a majority being horizontal, especially medium to large single-family homes. However, the real estate market still faces risks from strict lending measures and economic factors both domestically and internationally. These factors compel real estate operators and large construction companies to adapt by reducing construction costs, labor, managing risks, and using materials that expedite construction. This presents an opportunity for our company to grow this year,” Mr. Chakrit stated.

As for the business strategy this year, CPanel will continue to maintain its existing customer base while actively marketing its products to new clients. The focus will be on project developers with diverse project types. Currently, negotiations are underway with five clients, as well as various government construction projects, including one fully prefab government building project and two façade projects this year.

Currently, the company has 15 clients with a backlog valued at 501 million baht, gradually recognizing revenue until 2020. The production capacity of the company's precast concrete walls is approximately 60%, with a growth target of 20-30% this year, aiming for total revenues of around 318 million baht.
