Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, a leader in urban residential development, holds the top position in the condominium market near BTS stations. The company has announced impressive growth, achieving first-quarter sales exceeding 4.8 billion baht, which is 19% higher than the target of 4.039 billion baht. This success primarily stems from strong sales of existing projects, reflecting excellent customer response. This performance is particularly commendable, even without launching any new projects in the first quarter.
In the second quarter, the company plans to launch 4 new projects with a total value exceeding 13 billion baht, including the IDEO Q Phaholyothin-Sapan Khwai, a condominium adjacent to the BTS Sapan Khwai station (0 meters) on approximately 5 rai of land, valued at around 10 billion baht. This project is a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan and is the highlight of this year, representing the highest project value since the company began its development.
The company plans to launch a total of 10 new projects in 2019, with a combined value of over 38 billion baht, marking a 42% increase from the previous year. This includes 8 condominium projects, 7 of which are joint ventures with Mitsui Fudosan, and 2 horizontal projects. The sales target is set to increase by 14% to 36 billion baht, up from 31.5 billion baht last year, with a goal for transfers to grow by 9% from the previous year, also aiming for 36 billion baht.
