Sansiri has launched 'La Habana', a chic vacation condo in the vibrant heart of Hua Hin, with a total value exceeding 2.4 billion baht. The company is entering the booming market just in time for summer, reinforcing its leadership in the resort segment. A Grand Opening event showcasing the model units will take place from April 5-7, featuring special promotions starting at just 2.19 million baht.
Sansiri, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, has unveiled its latest project, the stylish city resort condo 'La Habana' (La Habana), located in a prime area of Hua Hin, a popular tourist and vacation destination. The project comprises 652 units and is valued at over 2.4 billion baht, solidifying its position as a leader in the Hua Hin resort condo market. This development meets the ongoing demand for summer vacation lifestyles and is set to open its Grand Opening event from April 5-7 at the Hua Hin Sales Gallery, offering special promotions starting at 2.19 million baht, including free furniture and appliances. The concept 'The Happy Colors of Hua Hin' aims to enhance the summer experience with vibrant colors inspired by Havana, a world-renowned vacation city in Cuba. The Hua Hin market continues to perform strongly, both domestically and internationally, with high rental demand and sustained resale prices following the successful sales of La Casita, which achieved over 90% bookings just two months after its launch. Hua Hin is an all-encompassing vacation city, known for its natural beauty, classic architecture, and the charm of its traditional lifestyle, attracting both Thai and international tourists as a prime travel and relaxation destination.
Mr. Piti Jarukamjorn, Deputy Managing Director of Project Development and Strategic Management at Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), stated, "Sansiri has launched the new project, La Habana, an 8-story city resort condominium consisting of 3 buildings with a total of 652 units on a 6-rai plot, just 250 meters from the beach. It features a large swimming pool of nearly 1,000 square meters and over 4,000 square meters of common areas, with introductory prices starting at just 2.19 million baht. Additionally, it enhances family fun through every aspect of the project with the concept 'The Happy Colors of Hua Hin', inspired by the desire to make every vacation filled with joy and brightness, allowing residents to experience the sky and sea of Hua Hin in a colorful way, right in the heart of Hua Hin, surrounded by top 5-star hotels such as InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, as well as shopping areas, hangout spots, and various amenities like leading hospitals, Blueport shopping mall, Cicada Market, and Tamarind Market. The target customer ratio is 55% Thai and 45% international," he added.

The uniqueness of the La Habana project comes from its design that reflects the distinctive style of Havana, a world-famous vacation city in Cuba, incorporating traditional Spanish cultural elements throughout the project. The interiors are designed to convey a sense of fun, combined with lively architectural lines and vibrant colors of handcrafted tiles, as well as unique hand-painted artwork reflecting the Havana style on the walls of the bathrooms, lobby, and fitness area. The decision to launch this new project in Hua Hin builds on the success of the La Casita project, which was launched in 2018 and received overwhelming positive feedback, achieving 90% bookings just two months after its launch. Currently, the project has sold out within less than a year, prompting Sansiri to introduce La Habana to meet the ongoing demand for vacation condos, particularly in Hua Hin, which is a location that offers everything in terms of beauty, traditional lifestyle charm, and proximity to Bangkok, making it a consistently popular vacation destination not far from the city.

Furthermore, according to the overall real estate data for Hua Hin at the beginning of 2018 from the research department of Sansiri Public Company Limited, it was found that condominiums in Hua Hin and Cha-am had an average acceptance rate of 78%. The resale prices have continued to grow over the past 5-6 years, resulting in a resale return of around 59%. Meanwhile, rental yields remain high at about 4-5% per year. Additionally, many Thai workers in Hua Hin prefer to sign long-term leases, leading to a high occupancy rate of 86%, which has been steadily increasing each year.

"Hua Hin is a travel destination for both Thai and international tourists, making it a city with tourism factors that support the growth of the real estate sector. The appeal of Hua Hin comes from its blend of classic charm with modernity, surrounded by development in a harmonious way. The launch of the La Habana project will add more vibrancy to Hua Hin and is expected to receive excellent feedback from customers, just as before, with sales likely to be completed by the third quarter of this year," Mr. Piti concluded.
