Sansiri Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, has announced a collaboration with Audi Thailand. This partnership reinforces the organization's commitment through its Green Mission, marking the first time in the world that two industry giants have come together to reflect a shared vision of creating a Green Ecosystem. Under the initiative titled AUDI x SANSIRI Strategic Partnership: Dare to Change, the mission aims to drive change in three areas for a greener world, focusing on jointly reducing carbon dioxide emissions for a Circular Economy. Sansiri is the first organization in Asia's real estate sector to adopt the Audi e-tron, a 100% electric premium SUV, within its operations. The company is also set to launch a roadmap for expanding Car Sharing, enhancing luxury electric vehicle services for residents in new high-end projects this year, catering to urban lifestyles. Residents can book usage through the Sansiri Home Service Application, starting with The Monument Thonglor. Plans are in place to install over 20 EV Charger Stations to support residents' usage, along with exclusive privileges for test drives, vehicle bookings, and after-sales services.

Additionally, the Smart Move project will share electric vehicle (EV) usage for residents (Sharing Economy), catering to the changing lifestyle of the new generation who prefer living in condominiums near transit lines without the need for daily car use, while still having access to vehicles when necessary without bearing the full cost alone. This includes the installation of EV Chargers in Sansiri projects to fully support the upcoming trend of EV usage.

 

 

          The collaboration with Audi Thailand will lead to changes in three areas, both internally and externally at Sansiri:

 #1. CHANGE to use EV Car: "Change" to electric vehicles

          Encouraging residents to use EVs to create a greener living environment in both horizontal and vertical projects, with plans to expand the installation of EV charger stations in new single-family homes from segment B upwards, and providing a three-phase power system to support EV charging. All new condominium projects built from 2019 onwards will also offer exclusive privileges in various activities, such as visiting the Audi e-tron at Audi Centre Thailand, and a chance to win a Q7 Black Edition valued at 5.999 million baht when booking any Audi model at the 2019 Motor Show, along with a service voucher worth 20,000 baht.

#2. CHANGE to use Car Sharing: "Change" to Luxury Electric Car Sharing

          In collaboration with Audi Thailand, promoting luxury residents of Sansiri to adopt a lifestyle of Luxury Living with Luxury Car Sharing, enhancing luxury electric vehicle services for residents in new high-end projects this year, catering to urban lifestyles for short-distance travel. Residents can book usage through the Sansiri Home Service Application, starting with all new high-end condominium projects, beginning with The Monument Thonglor in a premium residential area.

          #3. CHANGE Corporate Car to EV car: Transitioning corporate vehicles to electric

          Sansiri is the first organization in Asia's real estate industry to adopt the Audi e-tron, a 100% electric premium SUV within its operations, reflecting the organization's deep commitment to genuinely pursuing the creation of a Green Ecosystem at a higher level, starting with executive use.

 

 

          Mr. Alexander von Waldenburg Dreisil, Director of International Affairs for Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and India at Audi AG, stated that the success of the Audi e-tron is evidenced by over 20,000 bookings worldwide shortly after its launch in the United States. The Audi e-tron has proven its excellence in performance and serves as a positive signal for environmental impact reduction from regions around the world, including Thailand, which is a market with high potential and growth trends. In the near future, Audi AG plans to invest over 14 billion euros to enhance and develop electric vehicles specifically.
