Most projects are located in the city and areas connecting the city and suburbs, indicating that the sales potential and purchasing power for super luxury single-detached homes remain strong.

Buyers of single-detached homes at this level also prioritize privacy, a good community within the project, and homes that meet their lifestyle needs over just the price of the house. The purchase of a home involves more emotional factors compared to buying a condominium, as it is a long-term residence often accommodating more than one generation.
