Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, presented the 5-year direction for 2019-2023 titled "NEXT is NOW," aiming to make the future a tangible reality by delivering living solutions to residents. This follows the company's vision to become a living solutions provider announced in 2018, driven by three main objectives:

1.“SC ASSET Profit Growth” Focused on continuous net profit growth, targeting a net profit of 2 billion baht in 2019 and 3 billion baht by 2023.

2.“SC ASSET is Quality” Committed to maintaining high-quality standards, aiming to grow the SC Family from 20,000 families in 2019 to 35,000 families by 2023, with quality as a top priority.

3.“SC ASSET as Living Solutions Provider” Understanding residents' needs by integrating innovation into housing and services, making living solutions a tangible reality for residents.

The key to the organization's success lies in its personnel, and effective personnel management is driven by corporate culture. At the beginning of 2019, SC announced a new corporate culture named #SKYDIVE, aimed at becoming a living solutions provider, with four core values: care, courage, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

For 2019, Mr. Natthapong stated, “SC aims for revenue of 19 billion baht, growing by 22%, with a breakdown of horizontal, vertical, and rental properties at 60-35-5. - “Baan Rue Jai application” is now available for residents in all SC projects, with over 20,000 families able to download it today. Initial features include communication with SC staff, reporting repairs, and checking air quality (AQI) in nearby residential areas. SC will add 6-7 new features within the first half of this year.

- “Rue Jai Subscription” assists with home management and life organization, offering monthly convenience features, launching on March 7, 2019, with a starting package of 1,990 baht per month covering home care services such as gardening, laundry, and cleaning, with additional services planned for the future that extend beyond just housing.
