Origin Celebrates 10th Anniversary Launching 'The Origin' - A New Condo Brand Targeting New Gen with Empathy to Meet Customer Needs, Featuring 'Sunny' as Brand Ambassador
(Bangkok - January 28, 2019) - Origin adjusts its business segment to align with the real estate market trends of 2019, launching the brand 'The Origin' to penetrate the condo market and increase opportunities to reach the youth demographic. Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, stated that to adapt the business plan to the changing real estate market trends in 2019, the new projects this year will consist of three main brands: 1. PARK ORIGIN, a condominium brand targeting Young Rich & Success aged 30-45 years who enjoy lifestyle and lifestage in CBD and New CBD areas, priced around 4-6 million baht per unit. 2. The Origin, a condominium brand targeting New Gen customers who are first jobbers and first home buyers aged approximately 24-28 years with a Smart Finance concept, converting rent into assets by purchasing condos along the subway lines in business expansion areas (EBD), priced around 1.6-2.4 million baht. 3.
