(Bangkok, January 2019)  – From today until the end of February, Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant is welcoming the New Year by delighting crab lovers with a range of mouth-watering dishes crafted by the restaurant's head chef, Chef Silvain Rouyer, featuring a perfect blend in each of the 8 dishes.

 

Start your culinary journey with appetizers such as King Crab terrine served with baby carrots, confit red peppers, shallots, and fennel coulis, King Crab remoulade paired with celeriac mash and crustacean jelly, or King Crab served with a flan made of leeks and tomatoes, accompanied by broccoli and chorizo velouté. The highlight of the main course is the zucchini king crab cannelloni drizzled with beetroot and mango sauce, followed by the classic whole King Crab poached in red wine and bone marrow jus served with mixed vegetables, or the homemade tagliatelle served with King Crab, complemented by a sauce made from squid ink and shellfish. Prices start at just 460++ per dish.
