Federation of Thai Industries Collaborates with E-commerce Startups to Help Thai SMEs Sell Products on Global Marketplaces

The Federation of Thai Industries has a policy to promote and support the industrial sector, especially SMEs, to enhance business efficiency by utilizing management techniques from startups as tools to develop competitive capabilities. Therefore, the Federation has initiated a collaboration project with startups related to the industrial sector, partnering with two companies: Cloud Commerce Co., Ltd., which aims to promote awareness among its members and the industrial sector about a platform that connects Thai SMEs' product information to online markets worldwide. This platform will facilitate global shipping with leading logistics companies, reducing shipping costs and improving efficiency.

Additionally, the collaboration with Energy Response Co., Ltd. aims to promote awareness among its members and the industrial sector regarding effective energy management. It is believed that this collaboration will play a significant role in developing projects that align with market demands in the industrial sector.

Cloud Commerce will play a crucial role in assisting Federation members in selling products internationally through renowned marketplaces such as Alibaba, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. They will provide support from the initial stages, including selecting products for sale on the marketplace, writing product content in English, and managing inventory through the Cloud Mall feature. For international shipping, there will be a trending feature called Fast Ship, an international logistics service that has been established for nearly two years and currently has over ten thousand users utilizing the platform.

On the other hand, Energy Response Co., Ltd. will implement the ENRES energy management system, which enhances energy efficiency in buildings. This system can record, alert for abnormalities, and assist in automated analysis and control using intelligent systems. It will help building owners and teams understand building usage behaviors, leading to improvements and adjustments in building operations to suit changing environmental conditions effectively.
