Mr. Opas Sripakdi, CEO and Managing Director of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) revealed that this September, the company delivered the “The Selected Kaset-Ngamwongwan” project, a new brand developed last year for a niche market. With the potential of the location in the Kaset-Ngamwongwan area and the value of the product and service, this project has achieved sales success, creating a phenomenon of selling out within 2 hours. It has become a prototype project for developing concepts for niche customers again this year. The “The Selected Kaset-Ngamwongwan” has been redesigned under the Campus Condo concept, focusing on the building's exterior (Façade), apartment layouts, and common areas to cater to the lifestyle of the new generation. It also incorporates the LPN Smart Life concept, integrating digital living with the addition of Internet of Things functions, making modern life convenient, safe, and comprehensive. Most recently, this project has also received the Energy Conservation Building Label at the “BEC Awards 2018” from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, achieving energy savings of up to 60%. This not only benefits residents by reducing electricity costs but also reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility by reducing the use of natural resources.

Mr. Chaiyut Tianwuthichai, Managing Director of Landscape Planning Co., Ltd. stated that the concept behind the development of the “The Selected Kaset-Ngamwongwan” project is Campus Condo, primarily targeting students. The landscape design of the project has been tailored to align with the lifestyle of Gen Y, under the concept of “Work & Play for Healthy Living”. The common areas are designed to be interconnected, including an Outdoor Co-working Space for working, brainstorming, or socializing surrounded by nature, and an outdoor exercise area or Outdoor Fitness with a 200-meter running path and a street basketball court close to green spaces. Additionally, the fifth floor of the building features a fitness center and swimming pool, allowing health-conscious youth to exercise while enjoying the view. The 19th floor has been designed as a lounge area for relaxation with a 180-degree view, sparking creativity. The landscape design for the The Selected Kaset-Ngamwongwan project thus makes efficient use of every square meter and is believed to meet the lifestyle needs of the new generation, balancing both study and play.

Mr. Phumi Supakijjanusanti, Architect at P.A. Design Co., Ltd. revealed that in designing this project, the architectural team studied the living behaviors of the target group, finding that they are in a phase of learning and self-expression, seeking a vibrant lifestyle whether in study or play. Thus, the usable spaces and various components within the building have been designed to align with their lifestyle, with a layout of standard apartments considering a sharing type living arrangement similar to dormitories, emphasizing movable furniture that can be rearranged according to user needs, catering to students as the primary users and investors looking to purchase units for rental. The building's exterior (Façade Design) follows the original concept of Lumpini condos, focusing on a simple building facade while considering long-term maintenance, but has adjusted the building's colors to match the personality of the new generation. It can be simply compared to choosing to wear a comfortable T-shirt but in brighter colors.
