"Origin" collaborates with Nomura to launch the luxury condominium "Park Origin Thonglor," with a project value exceeding 12 billion baht in the heart of a leading lifestyle area, aiming to meet the lifestyle needs of both Thai residents and foreign investors. The project boasts nearly 60 amenities and hotel-level services within a residential setting, with pre-sales set to begin this November.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), the developer of the Park Origin brand, revealed that the company aims to develop projects that meet the highest lifestyle standards in the prime lifestyle area of "Thonglor" in a joint venture with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a leading real estate developer from Japan. The project, named "Park Origin Thonglor", consists of three luxury buildings with 1,182 units and a project value of over 12 billion baht.

The group will provide service training for staff from Wan Phayathai Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited, stationed at Hotel Indigo Phayathai, managed by InterContinental. The trained staff will then teach four service groups at the Park Origin Thonglor project: 1. Guest Relations, 2. Concierge, 3. Housekeeping, and 4. Engineering, ensuring residents enjoy a superior level of comfort akin to staying in a five-star hotel.

Thonglor has a long-standing history and is known as the Japanese Town of Thailand, especially for Japanese expatriates working in Thailand who still seek residences in this area. The company will collaborate with Origin in terms of funding and expertise to develop the project to best meet consumer demands.
