Jin Wellbeing County is a residential project designed for the elderly, equipped with lifestyle amenities that integrate comprehensive healthcare, the first of its kind in Thailand. It has been developed to support the aging society, as Thailand is on the verge of becoming a fully aged society by 2025, with an estimated 14.4 million elderly people, or over 20% of the total population. This rapidly increasing elderly population presents a challenge that the country must prepare for in all aspects.

Ms. Thitaree Yuwithaya, Vice President of Marketing at Jin Wellbeing County, stated, "As Thailand is approaching a fully aged society by 2025, with an estimated 14.4 million elderly people, or over 20% of the total population, the rapid increase in the elderly population poses a challenge that the country must prepare for in all areas. Jin Wellbeing County, as a new concept city for retirement and a leader in integrated healthcare, recognizes the value and importance of the elderly and the physical and mental decline that may occur. We understand the significance of preparing for the lives of seniors in today's era, which involves various components to ensure they can live quality lives in the current society, both physically, mentally, and socially. Therefore, we have initiated the Grand Age Management course by Jin Academy, specifically designed to address this need, covering aspects of medicine, nutrition, investment, technology, arts and culture, entertainment, and travel while enhancing skills for social interaction through quality classes. This reflects our commitment to effectively driving a quality aging society in the future."
#Terraads The Grand Age Management course aims to "empower the elderly" to achieve three goals: 1) To enable seniors to independently manage their health, preventing and reducing risk factors for diseases; 2) To provide training participants with knowledge and understanding of physical, social, and financial security, appropriate caregivers, and environments that meet their needs; and 3) To help participants understand ways to engage within their families, communities, and society in economic, social, and cultural aspects according to basic human rights based on their capabilities and needs, contributing both income and non-monetary benefits, thus allowing seniors to benefit themselves and the community.
This Grand Age Management course brings together instructors from various professions, including Dr. Chek Thanasee sharing experiences and tips for living up to 120 years, Dr. Banjob Choonhasawadikul discussing hypnosis for life challenges, Dr. Kobkan Choonhasawadikul on natural healing and nutrition for health, Dr. Chatichai Meesukho on investment planning for stable post-retirement income, Mr. Ekkawut Boonthanasilaroj with Zumba classes for seniors, and Coach Becky Russell sharing tips on personal appearance and dressing, among others, to prepare learners for quality aging in every aspect.
