August 30, 2017 – JAS Asset has officially entered the condominium market with a project valued at over 500 million baht, launching its first project, Newera Ekkamai-Ramintra, strategically located along the Ramintra expressway and near three electric train lines, with bookings set to open this September.

     Mr. Supachai Wanna, CEO of JAS Asset Public Company Limited (J), stated that since 2014, the company has seen continuous growth, launching community malls every year.
