CV Group, led by Mr. Apirak Wanich and Mrs. Janthip Wanich, continues to reinforce its vision for developing a model city of the future, as the NEXUS project—a flagship mixed-use building complex under the mega project Synthesis Ark Phuket—has won the 2026 Asia’s Best Mixed-Use Development at the Asia Architecture Design Awards, reflecting the success of this large-scale real estate project in Phuket recognized at the Asian level.

Mr. Apirak Wanich, Chairman of CV Group, stated, "This award is a tremendous source of pride for the Wanich family, CV Group, and the people of Phuket. NEXUS is not just an ordinary office or mixed-use building project; it is the flagship project of Synthesis Ark Phuket, which we aim to develop as a model city of the future for Phuket. This is the second award for the project, following Synthesis Ark Phuket receiving the Asia’s Best Master Planning at the Asia Architecture and Design Awards 2025 last year."

The NEXUS project is a mixed-use complex that integrates office buildings, a health center, a lifestyle mall, and a hotel, developed under a concept that responds to the growth potential of Phuket in terms of economy, investment, tourism, and the expansion of international service businesses. This project is a key highlight of the first phase under Synthesis Ark Phuket, a large Integrated Mixed-use Development covering over 491 rai in the Koh Kaew area of Phuket.

NEXUS was designed by RSP Architects, inspired by the islands of the Andaman Sea, incorporating a spatial arrangement between buildings that interprets the "Thai veranda" as a semi-public space for relaxation and activities, creating a cohesive ecosystem for business and lifestyle. The design emphasizes urban living in a tropical climate through a dispersed building layout for transparency, good ventilation, and shaded walkways connecting throughout. It also prioritizes landscaping and green spaces by P Landscape, which uses local plant species to create a lush, sustainable environment that reflects Phuket's identity.

Mr. Apirak further stated that CV Group is fully committed to advancing the construction of the NEXUS project, with Riththa Co., Ltd. serving as the main contractor. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 25, 2026, attended by honored guests and executives from various sectors, including Mr. Nirath Pongsitthavorn, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Ms. Siriwan Surakum, Vice Chairman of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Mr. Boonlert Buranupakorn, CEO of Ornsirin, and Mr. Uthap Pusitkanjana, Executive of Riththa Co., Ltd., among others.
