"Nippon Paint" Reaffirms Its Commitment to a Sustainable World by Receiving the Green Label Honor for Over 25 Years, Along with the 2026 Green Label Certificate from the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI)
"Nippon Paint," Asia's number one innovative paint brand and the fourth in the world from Japan, has been awarded a plaque of honor for businesses that have maintained the "Green Label" certification for over 25 years. Additionally, it received the 2026 Green Label certificate once again from the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI). This reflects Nippon Paint's long-standing commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability both in Thailand and globally, as well as its role in supporting the development of eco-friendly buildings and residences, driving the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and transitioning to a low-carbon economy in Thailand.

The "Green Label" certification is awarded to products or services that have a lower environmental impact compared to similar products or services, while maintaining quality at the established standards. TEI, the certifying body for the Green Label, is an independent and neutral organization that aims to provide reliable environmental information to consumers and encourages industries and manufacturers to collaborate in furthering environmental restoration.

Ms. Nisa Korn Tulayakwang, Technical Marketing Manager at Nippon Paint Decorative Coating (Thailand) Ltd., representing the "Nippon Paint" brand, stated that this award is a source of pride for all Nippon Paint executives and employees. The sustainability philosophy has always been a crucial mission for the brand, both globally and in Thailand, focusing on environmental preservation throughout the entire supply chain of production and distribution. Receiving the plaque of honor for organizations that have contributed to environmental preservation for 25 years, along with the 2026 Green Label certificate, clearly demonstrates Nippon Paint's commitment and continuous efforts.

Nippon Paint is an international paint brand that strictly adheres to environmental and safety principles, reflected in its concrete practices through the development of products aimed at being "Innovative Paint for Sustainability, for You, for Homes, for the World" or "Nippon Paint Green Choice." The development of these products is categorized into four dimensions:
• GREEN AIR – Creating products for clean air quality that are safe for breathing, with Nippon Paint products meeting international green building standards such as LEED, WELL, and TREES.

• GREEN MANUFACTURING – Ensuring sustainability in every step of the production process, with Nippon Paint being the only paint brand in Thailand to receive the highest award for Climate Action Excellence from the Federation of Thai Industries.
Ms. Nisa Korn concluded her remarks during the award ceremony from TEI by expressing Nippon Paint's great pleasure in partnering with all sectors towards a common goal: reducing issues arising from climate change.
