A significant movement in the Thai real estate sector, Sansiri Public Company Limited is advancing its roadmap for 2026 by entering the B2B (Business-to-Business) market, announcing a partnership with Manirun Property Co., Ltd., a real estate developer operating in the Eastern region for over 24 years and utilizing precast technology in residential projects since 2015. This collaboration aims to enhance construction standards in the EEC area with new environmentally friendly precast innovations from Sansiri, using "Green Cement" to reduce carbon emissions alongside waste-reducing production processes for sustainable home construction.

The core of this collaboration is to further develop Manirun's precast expertise through Sansiri's “Mass Customization” strategy, enhancing capabilities in every dimension. This includes flexibility in production without minimum orders, maintaining construction quality with precise control over every production step, reducing on-site variability, and providing tangible confidence to customers.

Manirun Property has been a leader in the real estate sector in Chonburi since 2002, starting from the Sriracha and Bangsaen areas and gaining widespread recognition from famous projects such as “Grand Manirun Sriracha” and “Grand Manirun Sam Muk-Bangsaen.” To date, they have developed over 50 projects, continuously embracing new technologies.
