Amidst changing consumer behaviors and competition in the modern retail business, Community Malls in Thailand are entering an era where "space" is not only measured by the number of stores but must also create experiences, feelings, and quality of life that truly meet the needs of the local community. GALERI 24 is a Lifestyle Space located in the heart of Sukhumvit 24, seamlessly integrating Work, Life, and Leisure. It has been developed to be more than just a Community Mall; it is a "space for urban living" that allows people to live at a comfortable scale, easily accessible on foot, and truly feel part of the community.

With its location in Sukhumvit 24, one of the "Upscale Residential Districts" housing executives, expatriates—especially Japanese—and urban families, GALERI 24 aims to create a space that caters to all aspects of life, from restaurants and cafes to wellness centers and art installations that provide opportunities for people to pause, meet, and spend quality time together.

Khun Nappong Sanitwong na Ayutthaya, founder and director of Wongsulasa Estate Co., Ltd., the developer and manager of the GALERI 24 project, stated, "Currently, Community Malls are facing significant challenges from rapidly changing consumer behaviors, competition with online platforms, and the fact that people no longer want just a 'shopping place' but a space that connects with their lifestyle, convenience, and the feeling of urban living. Therefore, developing a project in Sukhumvit is not just about increasing commercial space but enhancing the quality of life and lifestyle of the people in the area."

Khun Nappong further added, "The design inspiration for GALERI 24 began with the 'project name.' The word 'Galeri' plays on two meanings: the space for displaying art (Gallery) and 'a long pathway,' reflecting the shape of the building. The number 24 comes from its location on Sukhumvit Soi 24 for easy recall."

The core concept of the project is the 'Canvas Building' idea, where the building acts as a 'canvas' to communicate with urban dwellers through changing artworks on the building and within the project area, continuously creating a new atmosphere and experience for the space.

Additionally, GALERI 24 emphasizes designing spaces for all generations based on the 'shared behaviors of urban dwellers.' Regardless of age, everyone desires three things: accessibility, quality of life, and a sense of belonging. Another key highlight is the careful selection of partners and stores to create an ecosystem that truly meets daily living needs from morning to night, with every brand aligned with the lifestyle of the local community rather than merely filling commercial space. These include:

·Tops Daily - Urban Convenience Store catering to the daily life of residents in Sukhumvit 24.

·Let’s Relax - A space for relaxation and rejuvenation through premium spa and wellness experiences.

·OHB Café and Meal - A café and meeting space that combines food, drinks, and a warm atmosphere.

·SOL EATERY - A contemporary dining space offering food and drinks in a casual premium atmosphere.

·El Gaucho - An internationally renowned Argentine steakhouse.

·La Fontana - A Mediterranean-Italian restaurant with a warm ambiance.

·Including health and beauty shops such as SLIM - Instant Fat Reduction, a body care expert, Health Deliver Medical Clinic, a holistic health care clinic, and TA Beauty Space.

At the same time, the project has launched a special collaboration “GALERI 24 x Teayii” with “Teayii” Prapassorn Kanjanasoot, an artist known for her famous written art, through an art installation titled “Going Far, Coming Back to the Heart,” which will be exhibited until June 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Khun Nappong stated, “This collaboration is not seen merely as art but as an 'Emotional Experience' that invites people to pause from the fast pace of life in Sukhumvit, a place where life moves quickly, and reconnect with their feelings. We want to create a small Pause Moment in the city. Teayii's work can serve that purpose through language and art that deeply resonates with people's emotions.” Teayii added, “This installation is designed to be a 'Safe Zone' for feelings amidst the city's hustle and bustle, using simple elements like 'chairs' to invite people to stop, sit, and listen to their hearts once again.”

For GALERI 24's marketing strategy, the focus is on creating Brand Experience and Organic Community Engagement through using space as a medium, creating activities with artists, brands, and the community in the area, as well as communicating through content and social conversation rather than traditional mass advertising to establish recognition as a 'Lifestyle Destination' in Sukhumvit 24.

In the long term, GALERI 24 aims to become a 'Social Anchor' of Sukhumvit 24, a space where people want to come out to live, meet, relax, work, or spend quality time with themselves, reflecting a new direction for Community Mall businesses that do not compete by size but by the 'value of the experience' delivered to urban dwellers.
