CP LAND Unveils 3-Year Roadmap to Develop New Hotel Brand bedZ
CP Land Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand under the Charoen Pokphand Group, has announced a strategic plan to expand its hotel business over the next three years (2026-2028). The company is set to open 15 new hotels nationwide to cater to modern travelers who seek to blend work and leisure, in line with the growing global trend of “Bleisure” (Business + Leisure).

Mr. Kirati Sattasook, CEO of CP LAND, stated, “CP LAND is pursuing a growth strategy focused on ‘Balanced Portfolio Investment’ that encompasses both Bangkok and potential provincial cities across the country. Mr. Yiam further elaborated on the concept behind the bedZ hotel development, which stems from customer insights indicating that travelers desire a quality relaxation experience at accessible prices. Under the slogan “Comfy bedZ, Happy Guests,” the focus is on enhancing the guest experience, emphasizing that good sleep is the heart of happiness. The hotel will prioritize comfort in accommodation, smart technology solutions, and connections to the local lifestyle to ensure that every stay is more than just a place to sleep. We will gradually open bedZ hotels in strategic locations that meet the needs of travelers in both major and secondary cities soon.
