SENA responds to the Ministry of Energy by implementing targeted measures to transform the energy crisis based on the promotion of clean energy in line with the new government's policy that aims to promote clean energy, especially the push for solar cells for households (up to 10 kilowatts) in a concrete manner through tax reduction measures (up to 200,000 baht), low-interest loans, and guidelines for purchasing excess electricity to reduce the next bill through the Net Billing system, reflecting the government's efforts to alleviate the energy cost burden on citizens. Meanwhile, the real estate sector continues to face pressure from the global economic crisis, including rising energy costs and weakened purchasing power due to high living expenses, impacting both businesses and consumers simultaneously. SENA continues to expand its energy business by not only developing housing projects with standard solar installations but also extending installation services externally through SENA Solar Energy, which has over 15 years of experience serving both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. The company also emphasizes its stance of "controlling costs instead of raising prices" to support purchasing power and maintain market balance during this transition period.

Dr. Yui - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, stated, "Today's situation is not just about war; it is a 'crisis of energy and living costs' that is changing the structure of life for people worldwide, creating continuously accumulating impacts, both rising costs and declining purchasing power. The Thai economy is facing a 'crisis within a crisis' from a previously fragile base, especially household debt. Combined with rising living costs, this reduces spending ability and access to credit. The challenge for the real estate business today is not just selling houses but figuring out how to ensure people can still own homes and lead sustainable lives."

SENA has been adjusting its ecosystem to focus on Green Products and Lifestyle for over two years, which aligns with the current situation where demand is increasing during the crisis, including electric vehicles (EV) and solar cells through SENA Solar Energy, a pioneer in solar cell installation with over 15 years of experience serving both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients, alongside SENA Green Automotive, a dealer for electric vehicles OMODA & JAECOO, LEAPMOTOR, and DEEPAL, providing comprehensive services including service centers and body repair.

Additionally, customers can flexibly extend their usage, whether by purchasing SENA homes equipped with solar installations that support EV Ready or opting for additional solar installations, which can utilize tax deduction rights under government measures, including the option to purchase additional EVs later to integrate home energy use and travel seamlessly.

SENA has continuously developed solar energy for over 15 years, installing solar systems in every home in its projects to help reduce electricity costs for residents from day one while creating long-term cost advantages. Residents can also extend their usage by purchasing additional system sizes, installing batteries for optimal energy use during both day and night, or connecting with electric vehicle (EV) usage to unify home energy and travel, aligning with lifestyles in an era where energy value is increasing. It is believed that if the government continues to support clean energy, it will be a significant driving force for the growth of solar energy usage in Thailand, which aligns with the strategies that SENA has been preparing and driving continuously.

At the same time, the company is also moving forward to expand opportunities for "real home ownership" amidst shrinking purchasing power by creating access to housing through the "Sena Easy Purchase" campaign, which offers options based on customer readiness, including immediate purchase and "LivNex Save to Own" for those not yet ready to borrow. SENA is continuously developing and driving this initiative during a time when the market is still unfamiliar with this model to provide new options for accessing housing, including "RentNex Direct Rent" that ensures rental payments are not wasted, currently with over 2,000 units rented.

Dr. Yui concluded, "This crisis is not a physical crisis that ends and is over; it is a structural crisis that will change the way both entrepreneurs think.
