City Dynamic Co., Ltd., a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, led by Mr. KC Au (second from left) and Mr. Thomas Woolsey (first from left), co-managing directors, along with Mr. Saranyu Kowitanupon (third from left), project director, presented a safety standard certification to Seafco Public Company Limited, represented by Dr. Narong Thasaninpan (fourth from left), CEO and managing director, Mr. Saw Saw Aye (fifth from left), assistant managing director for international affairs, and Mr. Kamol Singto-kaew (sixth from left), deputy managing director, in recognition of Seafco's achievement in maintaining the "Zero Lost Time Injury" standard, which signifies operations without accidents leading to work stoppage throughout the piling construction phase. This is considered one of the highest safety standards in the construction industry and reflects the commitment to ensuring the safety of everyone in the work area. Seafco is the contractor for the piling and retaining wall work for the Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, an ultra-luxury freehold residential project on Wireless Road, currently under construction, with the first phase expected to be completed in 2029. The certificate presentation ceremony took place at the project site on Wireless Road, Bangkok.
