Sathaporn Estate is thrilled with the excellent response after showcasing single houses, townhomes, and condominiums from 7 ready-to-move-in projects in various prime locations including Bangkok Krungthep, Sathorn, Rama 4, Sai Mai, and Rangsit, highlighting the XELLS Smart Home Total Solution technology — a smart home control system—at the “49th Housing and Condo Expo” held recently, generating sales of over 115 million baht in just 4 days.

Mr. Sunthorn Sathaporn, CEO of Sathaporn Estate Co., Ltd., a developer of quality real estate projects including single houses, townhomes, and condominiums, revealed that the company received an outstanding response from customers seeking housing and investors during the 49th Housing and Condo Expo at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The company achieved total sales of over 16 units, amounting to more than 115 million baht, with sales from horizontal projects (houses and townhomes) accounting for 46% and sales from vertical projects accounting for 54%.

Following that, the project “Eternity Rangsit – Wongwaen” (ETERNITY RANGSIT - WONGWAEN) is a project of single houses and twin houses in Rangsit, located on Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road, just 800 meters from the expressway, in a prime location with multiple routes into the city, generating sales of 41.23 million baht of the total sales. Lastly, the project “Eternity Saimai-Phahol” (ETERNITY SAIMAI-PHAHOL) is a Nordic-style twin house project located on Sai Mai Road, close to 2 BTS stations, generating sales of 16.36 million baht of the total sales.
