Metthier Surpasses Expectations with 105% Growth, Leading the Safety Technology Sector and Aiming for the Top Spot in Thai SECaaS
Metthier has emerged as one of the Top 3 leaders in the Thai security business, achieving remarkable revenue of 2,825 million baht, a growth of 105%. The company is focused on revolutionizing building and energy management through Digital Twin technology and AGI, supporting the Net Zero goal and reducing long-term costs for corporate clients. Looking ahead to 2026, Metthier plans to expand into two new business areas: preventive maintenance services for buildings and advanced cleaning services, while highlighting its strengths in safety and facility management with solutions like “Pre-Crime” and the “METTRIQ” (Metthier Reformative IQ) platform.
Mr. Kayan Tantichatiwat, CEO of Metthier Co., Ltd., revealed that in the past year, Metthier achieved outstanding performance with total revenue reaching 2,825 million baht, growing 105% from 2022. This success has positioned the company as the top Thai security business in terms of revenue, trusted by over 1,000 contracts from both government and private sectors, covering 8 types of properties from residential to large-scale industrial and public transportation areas. This reflects confidence in Metthier's strong and comprehensive Smart Facility Management capabilities.

“Safety management is transitioning from reactive solutions to predictive and pre-crime measures, alongside energy management and sustainability (ESG) that can be effectively measured. Both aspects are crucial for developing Smart Cities today, amid fierce competition in the Thai property management market valued at around 100 billion baht. This presents an opportunity for Metthier to leverage its expertise in Big Data and AI to develop precise and transparent safety management and building care solutions tailored to the specific needs of each property, supporting corporate clients' sustainability goals,” Mr. Kayan stated.
Mr. Kayan further mentioned that Metthier has adjusted its strategies and solutions to align with the ever-changing behaviors and trends of consumers, ensuring that it meets demands accurately and modernly. This includes enhancing personnel capabilities through the concept of “Heartmade Technology”, integrating smart technology with the service-oriented hearts of over 12,000 personnel, such as security guards and maintenance staff, to work seamlessly together and elevate service standards while reducing redundant or high-risk tasks with intelligent solutions like the METTBOT robot, the METTRIQ building management system, which integrates 12 technologies into one, including Pre-Crime analysis of suspicious behavior to prevent incidents, and energy and resource management systems, along with communication tools for workforce management through the METTLINK Application and METTTALK Digital Walkie Talkie. Additionally, Agentic AI is being applied to enable faster and more accurate decision-making and problem-solving on-site, with the goal of becoming the number one provider of SECaaS in Thailand.
In 2026, Metthier will continue to reinforce its leadership in Smart Facility Management by expanding its service base to include “Total Preventive Maintenance”, combining AI capabilities with engineering expertise through the intelligent METTRIQ platform, utilizing Digital Twin technology and 3D Visualization to simulate building structures for comprehensive risk analysis, from crowd management to proactive safety measures, along with a Predictive Maintenance system that accurately forecasts damage to reduce losses and enhance long-term building management efficiency.
Moreover, Metthier is launching an “Advanced Hygiene Solution” to elevate cleaning staff to specialized cleaning experts according to standards such as BS EN 13549:2001 (Cleaning Services Standard), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Workplace Safety & Standards), and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), to cater to the healthcare and wellness business sector, including clinics, hospitals, and medical centers, which have high growth potential and sensitive hygiene needs.
At the same time, the company recognizes the potential of “Humanoid Robotics” technology for practical applications, aiming to support safety and cleaning missions, especially in tasks requiring high precision, repetitive nature, or operating in high-risk environments, such as security surveillance and specialized cleaning in areas requiring high hygiene standards, to enhance personnel capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and continuously elevate service quality.
Additionally, Metthier is advancing automated building systems and driving towards Net Zero Building to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, aligning with the organization's business direction and sustainability goals at both international and national levels. The company plans to fully apply AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) in business to contribute to the creation of Smart Sustainable Cities with intelligent self-management and decision-making systems, which not only help create sustainable business value but also enhance the quality of life for society and provide a competitive edge for Thailand on the global stage.
