Capstone Asset has announced the launch of PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences, the first Autograph Collection Residences in Asia Pacific, marking a significant step in the development of branded residences in the region. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, featuring a total of 408 residential units, divided into phase one with 263 units and phase two with 145 units.
